2. Orders and Formation of Contract

·       Placing an Order: When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase a t-shirt or product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

·       Order Confirmation: We will send an order acknowledgement email to confirm we have received your order. However, the legal contract between you and us is only formed when we send the Dispatch Confirmation email.

·       Pricing & Errors: We try to ensure all prices on our website are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it.

3. Products and Designs

·       Hobby Designs: All t-shirts feature printed designs dedicated to various hobbies and interests.

·       Representation: Images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, your device's display may not reflect the exact colour of the physical garment or print.

·       Custom or Made-to-Order Items: If any t-shirts are printed on demand or custom-made, specifications will be clearly marked on the product page.

4. Delivery and Shipping

·       Delivery Costs: Delivery charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

·       Dispatch Times: Standard dispatch and delivery estimates are provided on our website. Delays may occasionally occur due to postal disruptions or busy periods, which are outside our direct control.

·       Risk and Title: Ownership of the t-shirts passes to you once they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have statutory rights to cancel your online order:

·       The 14-Day Cancellation Window: You have the right to cancel your contract up to 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

·       How to Notify Us: To cancel, you must inform us clearly via the ‘contact us’ page. Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with the returns address and reference number for your return, the reference number must be clearly written on your return parcel.

·       Returning Goods: You must return the items to us at your own expense without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of cancellation. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We recommend using tracked and insured delivery service for your return, we can only refund items that are received by us.

·       Refunds: Once we receive the returned items, we will reimburse you the price paid for the products plus standard delivery costs within 14 days. We may make a deduction from the refund for any diminished value of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling by you.

·       Exclusions: Unless faulty, custom-printed items made specifically to a customer’s unique specifications (e.g., personalised text added to a hobby design) may be exempt from the standard right of cancellation.

6. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If a t-shirt is faulty or misdescribed:

·       You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

·       Beyond 30 days, please contact us promptly, and we will arrange for a repair or replacement, or a partial/full refund where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio or video clips, and specifically all t-shirt designs, graphics and artwork—is the property of The Pursuit Club and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our designs or website content without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We supply the products solely for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business, or re-sale purpose, our liability to you shall be limited strictly to the purchase price of the t-shirts. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be legally restricted by UK law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.
