Terms and Conditions: "Free T-Shirt Idea" Promotion
1. Promoters and Eligibility
The Promoter: The Pursuit Club www.thepursuitclub.com ("we", "us", "our").
Eligibility: The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
No Purchase Necessary: There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this promotion.
2. How to Enter
Submission Method: Send a message via the 'Contact Us' button on our website with the exact subject line: 'free t-shirt idea'.
Content: Your message must describe your hobby, pursuit, or t-shirt design idea.
Limit: Multiple entries are permitted per person, provided each entry describes a distinct and unique hobby or idea.
3. The Prize and Monthly Draw
Trigger Condition: An entry is only eligible for the monthly draw if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, decides to produce a t-shirt or design based on (or substantially similar to) the submitted hobby or idea.
The Draw: Eligible entries will be entered into a prize draw conducted at the end of each calendar month.
The Prize: One winner each month will receive one (1) free t-shirt of the newly produced design, including standard UK delivery. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
4. Winner Notification and Claiming
Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email address used to submit the entry within 7 days of the monthly draw.
Claiming: To claim the prize, the winner must reply to the notification email within 14 days providing:
Their preferred t-shirt size.
Their preferred t-shirt colour (subject to stock availability).
A valid UK delivery address.
Unclaimed Prizes: If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
5. Intellectual Property and Content
By submitting an idea, you confirm that:
The idea is your own original concept and does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
You grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, adapt, and commercialise the submitted hobby concept or design idea for t-shirts and associated marketing without further compensation.
6. Data Protection and Publicity
Privacy: Any personal data supplied during the promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and current UK data protection legislation (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) and will only be used for administering this promotion and delivering the prize.
Winner Details: The surname and county of the winners may be made available upon reasonable request within one month of the closing date.
7. General Conditions
Modifications: The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its control.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. (Note: If your business is based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may wish to substitute this with Scottish or Northern Irish law).
